Massive Fire Engulfs Plastic Factory in Narela
A massive fire erupted at a plastic factory in Narela’s Bhorgarh Industrial Area on Monday morning. Thankfully, no casualties have been reported so far. Thick plumes of smoke were seen billowing from the factory, though the cause of the fire remains unknown.
Fire department officials have dispatched 11 fire tender vehicles to the scene, and efforts to contain the blaze are currently underway. Locals reported that the fire started around 8:50 am, engulfing all three floors of the factory and causing significant damage to goods inside.
Due to the presence of plastic grains, the fire continues to rage, raising concerns of potential building collapse. Nearby factories have been evacuated as a precautionary measure. Further details on the incident are awaited as authorities work to bring the situation under control.
