SSC CHSL 2024 Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill one of the following criteria:

Citizen of India
Subject of Nepal or Bhutan
Person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India

06	Ex-Servicemen (ESM)	3 years after deduction of military service
08	Central Govt. Civilian Employees	Up to 40 years
09	Central Govt. Civilian Employees (SC/ST)	Up to 45 years
10	Widows/Divorced Women	Up to 35 years
11	Widows/Divorced Women (SC/ST)	Up to 40 years
12	Defence Personnel disabled in operation	3 years
13	Defence Personnel disabled in operation (SC/ST)	8 years

For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/ DEO Grade ‘A’: 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
For LDC/ JSA and DEO/ DEO Grade ‘A’ (except DEOs in certain departments): 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
Candidates appearing in their 12th Standard or equivalent examination can also apply, provided they possess the essential qualification before the cutoff date.
