    According to DCP Airport Usha Rangnani, the investigation began when a complaint was lodged by the Manager of Operations of FedEx Courier at IGI Cargo Terminal. During a routine physical check of shipments, a concealed bulk quantity of SIM cards, totaling 500, was discovered hidden inside a diary intended for shipment to Vietnam.

    Investigation Unveils SIM Card Trafficking Network

    Subsequent inquiries revealed that the SIM cards had been issued in the names of individuals residing near Loha Mandi, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Raids in the area led to the revelation that the SIM cards were obtained by Mukul Kumar from gullible locals, who were paid Rs 200 each. Mukul Kumar then sold the SIM cards to Kanhaiya and Hemant of Jagdishpura, Agra, who in turn sold them to Anil Kumar of Delhi for Rs 500 per SIM.

    Arrests Made: Culprits Identified in SIM Card Fraud Operation

    The investigation revealed that the bank accounts associated with Anil Kumar had been reported in 19 cyber complaints across India. The arrested individuals, identified as Mukul Kumar (22), Hemant (26), Kanhaiya Gupta (29), and Anil Kumar (20), are currently under further investigation.
