Israeli Forces Arrest Family Members of Longest-Serving Palestinian Prisoner

In a raid on the West Bank village of Kobar, Israeli forces arrested multiple Palestinians, including Hanan Barghouti and Iman Nafe’, the sister and wife of Nael Barghouti, the longest-serving Palestinian prisoner in Israeli jail.

Both women had been released in late November as part of a prisoners-captives exchange deal between Hamas and Israel.

The arrests are part of a series of near-nightly military raids in the occupied West Bank, leading to the detention of over 7,000 Palestinians since October 7.
