Entero Healthcare Solutions IPO: Priced at ₹1,195-₹1,258, Subscription Opens on Feb 09
Entero Healthcare Solutions is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) with a price band ranging from ₹1,195 to ₹1,258 per equity share, each having a face value of ₹10. The subscription period for the IPO is slated to begin on Friday, February 09, and will conclude on Tuesday, February 13. Anchor investors are expected to receive their allocation on Thursday, February 08.
The floor price and cap price for the IPO stand at 119.50 times and 125.80 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively. Due to the company’s losses over the past three fiscal years, the price-to-earnings ratio is not applicable in this case. The lot size for the Entero Healthcare Solutions IPO is set at 11 equity shares, with subsequent multiples of 11 equity shares for further subscriptions.
