Delhi Court Orders Fresh Summons To Dhruv Rathee in a case Pending since 2018
Again, in a case pending since 2018, a Delhi court has issued fresh summons against the YouTuber Dhruv Rathee.
The complainant Vikas Sankrityayan told the court that Rathee, who is ordinarily resident in Austria, is in India in connection with the protest by the CJP, for which new notices have been issued by Saket Court Magistrate Rahul Jain.
The court pointed out that the summons had been served for years after a previous court order issued in July 2019.
The complainant has also been granted the right to attend the process server when it is time to deliver the complaint.
The case will be heard again on October 17, 2026.
