20-year-old girl dies in Qazigund Accident

Qazigund, Sep 20 (KNO): A 20-year-old girl died after being hit by a motorcycle in Gundipora area of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Kulgam on Friday, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the girl was hit by a motorcyclist in Gundipora following which locals rushed her to GMC Anantnag for treatment.

He said that she was, however, declared dead on arrival at the hospital.The deceased has been identified as Shazee Jan daughter of Abdul Rashid Parray of Gundipora.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident—(KNO)
