Naki Ki Deewar (Wall Of Kindness) Inaugrated By CHD Railways Jammu At Railway Station Premises For Needy People

Railway Authorities/Officers inagurated “Naki ki Deewaar” (Wall of Kindness) at the premises of Railway Station Jammu for needy people, A pioneered Notion …!!! Under Childline Dosti, a week long program by CHD Railways Jammu

Under the Childline se Dosti Week today Child Help Desk (CHD) organised a programme”नेकी की दीवार”.”Wall of Kindness” at Railway Station Jammu which was inagurated by the Worthy ADRM Sh. Baldev Raj (IRSEE) as Chief Guest and Worthy DTM Sh. Mahesh Yadav (IRS) was the guest of Honour on this occasion. On this wall people can donate anything in kind for needy children/young/Adult and they can take away any thing from the wall as their need.

The pioneering notion of “Naki ki Deewaar” was given by Shri Mahesh Yadav DTM, JAT and implemented by the CHILD HELP DESK, CHILDLINE, Railway Station, Jammu.

The main aim of the programme is to aware the general public about the CHILDLINE Toll Free No.1098 on child rights and child protection and how the CHD CHILDLINE Railway is suppoting the children in need and care round the clock by 24*7 with the guidelines and support of all stakeholders.

Worthy ADRM Sh. Baldev Raj (IRSEE) welcomed the noble initiative wholeheartedly taken up by the Railways & appreciated the activities done by CHD Railways Jammu and appealed the general public that all should donate generously for this noble cause. Children are the foundation of the Nation, if the foundation of our Nation is strong, surely our country will be strongest. He requested to all the staff Members of Railways, passengers, General Public and all the stakeholders that single Phone call (1098) can save the life of a Child. We must understand our Social and Moral responsibility and consequently can protect the Child Rights.

DTM Railways appreciated the activities undertaken by the CHD Railway Jammu and assured the team members that if CHD Team requires any support for the betterment of children they can contact us without any hesitation round the clock.

This project is implemented by the Collab Partner Hemophilia Society Jammu and sponsored by the Ministry for Woman and Child Development & Ministry of Railways (GOI).
